Ed and Ella's Home - regarded as one of the nicest modern homes at Indian Point Lake, a major attraction from all around.  Ed and Ella Banks presently resides here.

Anna's Mansion, located in historic Downtown Sullivan. Home to Anna Hall-Evans.

Paul and Trisha's Apartment - located in a high-rise in Downtown Sullivan, close to Hall Tower. Paul Broward, Bess Broward, and Ricky Smallwood presently resides here.

Smallwood Farm- located outside town, home of Tom and Elsie Smallwood. Danny and Karen Smallwood, Storm Smallwood, along with Elizabeth Travis also resides her presently.

HallBro - Formerly Hall Enterprises, now the headquarters for HallBro. Located in Hall Tower in Downtown Sullivan.

EBM (Ed Banks and Morris) - Headquartered in Sullivan, and Ed Banks and Janet Morris are Co-CEOs, the company is HallBro's arch rival in the business world.

Sullivan University - One of Sullivan's biggest insituitions. Courtney Cooke, Marcus Carver, and Ford Broward are professors at the University.

The Crown - Located on the bottom floor of Hall Tower, a popular place for locals to gather and meet to share drinks or have a meal.

The Mansion - A Sullivan Landmark, and a popular restaurant in town run by Fancy Jennings, who resides upstairs with Bo Jennings and Lacey Jennings.

Village Inn- In Downtown Sullivan, a very popular destination for many locals, and Sullivan's oldest restaurant.

The Flamingo- A bar and strip club located within downtown Sullivan, owned by Teddy King.

Thayers - An upscale restaurant and bar located in Sullivan. Managed by Bess Broward.

The Crept Myrtle - Sullivan's most upscale hotel, and popular with the locals. Adam Lord, Courtney Cooke, and Janet Morris presently has a suite inside the hotel.

The Dixie Motor Lodge - On the outskirts of Sullivan. A seedy place known for illegal activity and one night stands.

Sullivan Police Department/Jail - Robert "Chief" King is Comissioner, and Jordan Clarke also works there as deputy.

WSVN- Local news station in Sullivan. Owned by Blake Clayton. Ella Banks formerly worked here.

The Sullivan Journal - The local newspaper in Sullivan.
